The City of Toulouse has launched a new online platform, available to all citizens with internet access, which offers mutual assistance to take care of fragile people. Though this webpage and mobile app, citizens are able to publish both requests for help and/or areas in which they are able to help. This service is integrating an existing telephone service, available in the city area 24/7, mainly dedicated to senior citizens only.
