City representatives from Alcoy (Spain), Arad (Romania), Grand-Orly Seine Bièvre (France), Guimarães (Portugal), Kavala (Greece), Pori (Finland), and Rijeka (Croatia) joined the other Challenge cities, plus fellow cities and Blueprint cities for the 2nd Academy Seminar in Brussels.
